Benefits of Yoga
Just follow following steps for happy and active life 
- Make habit to wake up at 5:00 am as possible
 - Drink 3 -4 glass of water early in the morning in order to neutralise your body .
 - Avoid bed tea , although it would be very difficult to leave this habit, but it wpuld be benefit for you .
 - At least 15 min. morning walk is must.
 - Bed tea damage Kidney.
 - Always remember , early to sleep early to rise make you healthy & wise.
 - Give at least 30 – 40 Minute exercise to your body daily.
 - For this you can use
 
- Kapal Bhati
 - Anulom Vilom
 - Butterfly
 
- If you want to do above exercise in the evening , then there should be a gap of 5 hours between Lunch time & exercise .
 - If you are habitual of tea , then take maximum of 2 times a day .
 - Take 6 hours sleep.
 - Sleep early as possible .
 - Do not use drugs.
 - Do not drink water along with meals , because it causes gastric problems.
 - Take curd only in Lunch.
 - Take milk only in night.
 - Avoid curd during night
 - खाना खाने से पहले चालीस मिनट तक पानी न पिए
 - हफ्ते मैं एक बार व्रत जरुर करे !
 - सात्विक विचार रखे !
 - दूसरों के साथ वही व्यवहार करे जो आप अपने साथ होना पसंद करते हैं !
 - काम को कल पर छोड़ने की आदत त्याग दे ! सफलता आपके कदम चूमेगी !
